These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the LoanLoser sweepstakes and your use of loanloser.org ("the Site"). By entering the sweepstakes or using the Site, you agree to these Terms.
The LoanLoser sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and who have outstanding student loan debt. Employees of LoanLoser, its affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. To enter, submit your email address via the entry form on loanloser.org. One entry per person. Once you submit your email address, you are entered into all future drawings until a winner is selected. Entries submitted by automated means or on behalf of another person are void. LoanLoser reserves the right to disqualify entries that appear to be fraudulent.
The sweepstakes begins on the launch date and drawings are held periodically as announced on the Site. The first drawing is scheduled for Spring 2026. LoanLoser reserves the right to modify drawing dates with reasonable notice.
Each drawing award is paid directly to the winner's student loan servicer(s) up to the outstanding balance. Prize payments are made directly to the lender and cannot be redeemed for cash. LoanLoser will gross up the prize to cover federal income tax liability, so winners receive the full benefit of the stated prize amount. Winners are responsible for any state or local taxes, if applicable.
Winners are selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the applicable sweepstakes period. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winners will be notified by email and must respond within 14 days or forfeit the prize. LoanLoser reserves the right to select an alternate winner if the original winner does not respond or is ineligible.
Winners must provide proof of student loan debt (e.g., a current loan statement) and valid government-issued identification to claim their prize. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be substituted except at LoanLoser's sole discretion.
No purchase or payment is required to enter or win. Making a purchase does not improve your chances of winning. This sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law.

To enter without submitting your email address through the LoanLoser.org website, you may request a free entry by sending an email to hello@loanloser.org with the subject line "AMOE Entry Request" and your full name in the body of the email.
One entry per person regardless of entry method. All entries must include a valid email address to be eligible. Entries submitted via alternate method of entry are subject to the same eligibility requirements and drawing rules as online entries. Alternate method of entry requests must be received prior to the applicable drawing date to be eligible for that drawing.
LoanLoser is funded by voluntary donations and advertising revenue. 100% of donations go directly to prize payouts and operations. Donation amounts and allocation are subject to change as the platform grows.
LoanLoser is not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, or incomplete entries. LoanLoser reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond our reasonable control impairs the integrity of the sweepstakes. In such event, LoanLoser will select winners from eligible entries received prior to the action taken.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the sweepstakes shall be resolved in the courts of New Jersey.
LoanLoser reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued participation in the sweepstakes after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
